The Same 5 Questions
You Always Need Advice On
Michelle Rodriguez tells you how to meet someone, find a good job, and more.
Sure, Michelle's having some legal troubles. But at least she's continuing her tradition of playing badass women on Lost.
1. I had an
amzing date last week. But he/she hasn't called. What the heck?
I've never had that problem because I don't date! If I did I'd probably move
on. I think the ego holds onto dreams more than the heart does. I'd reevaluate
my self-esteem and where I place my priorities.
2. How do I
find a job that doesn't suck?
It's never the job that sucks. It's your outlook, your prospective, maybe even
your level of ambition. Even when you're surrounded by negativity, work on becoming
a stronger, more personable you. That's when a new job comes along.
3. I have a
crush on my friend, but I'm not sure if he/she is into me. How should I handle
it?
I'm pretty bad at thinking about making an advance on a friend - it always just
happens. Know what you want before you advance. Is it sex, love or just bodies
meeting for one adventure? And then go for it, because life is too short to
dream all the time.
4. How can I
keep myself from getting so stressed?
Keeping things in perspective is key. I gauge everything by fate, time and money,
but first and foremost by health and sanity. Make a list of all the solutions
to your problem, and once you've found the most efficient road, take it.
5. What's the
best way to meet someone?
Not looking is the best way I've found. You need to love your daily life before
you can attract someone. Embrace the possibility of encounters with strangers
in the places your frequent the most. Corny as it sounds, when you walk with
love radiating, you can't go wrong.
